What are the delivery costs for an order?
Answer: We always deliver free of charge regardless of the order quantity or order sum. This delivery service also includes packaging, transport and transport insurance.

Where can I find the delivery times for a product?
Answer: The current delivery time is displayed by a colour mark after each order number. You can find the meaning of the coloured spots in the "Delivery time" infobox below.

I have forgotten my password and have applied for a new one. However, I still cannot log in! Why not?
Answer: Please copy the password sent to you in the mail and paste it into the "password" field. Sometimes a capital "o" for example, is taken for a nil.
The cause might also be that your old password is still in the cache. With the Microsoft Internet Explorer you can delete your cache by going to "Options" and then to "Internet options". In the "Global" folder you can see the "Temporary Internet files" item. Press the "Delete files" button there. Also press the "Empty history" button under "History". If you now close your browser and then open it again you can try to log in again with your new password.

I have forgotten my user data. What do I do now?

Why can't I see any telephone orders or written orders in my order history?
Answer: The order history only lists those orders that you placed in the online shop.

Where can I register for my customer account?
Answer: There are two ways to register. Either you follow the "New registration" link in the "Login" menu on the left side of the navigation, or you register during the order process. In step three of the order process, you can register with the data already specified. To do this, you only need to choose a user name and a password. You can find more information on registering here
