Create user name and password
You can freely select your user name and your password. Please bear in mind that user name and password must have between 4 and 20 characters. You may not use any blanks or special characters except "@", ".", "-" and "_". When making your entry, distinguish between capital letters and small letters.

You cannot switch off the autofill function in Explorer 5.0 (automatic indication of your user name). Please remember to click on the user name when it is displayed to you. You can however also enter your user name in the normal way. If you press the return key without clicking on or entering your user name, an error message is displayed.
 
 
Change password
You can change your password at all times. To do this, you only have to enter your current password and then choose a new one. You must enter it twice for confirmation.
 
 
Password forgotten

If you have forgotten your password, we can send you a new one without problems. Simply enter your user name and you will receive an email with your new, automatically generated password within a few minutes. You can use it to log in again. Your profile naturally remains unchanged. Please change this new password the next time you log in.

 
 
User name forgotten
If you have forgotten your user name, please click here and enter your data in the form. We will then use this data to find your user name and send it to you by email.
