Search for orders within a certain period

Search by the order number
Click on the "Order status" link to access the order history. By entering the order number, you can have both current orders and completed orders displayed. This option is only possible for online orders. Enter the relevant order number and click on "Search".
 
 
Search for orders within a certain period
You can also have all orders within a defined period displayed.
To do so, simply enter the relevant date and then click on "Search".
By clicking on the order numbers listed in the search results, you can also have the order details displayed.
 
 
Display all orders
You can of course also view all orders placed so far. To do so, simply select "Display all orders". By clicking on the order number, you can have the details displayed here too.
 
 
Order status
Description Cancelled:
Your order was cancelled. At the moment,
we can find neither a current order nor a valid bill
that is yours.

Description Delivery planned: Week 29/05:
The ordered product will presumably be delivered
in week 29 in May.
It will be delivered to the delivery address that you specified.

Description Delivered to you: Date:
The product that you ordered
was delivered on 07.07.2005. It was delivered
to the delivery address that you specified.

Description Customer refuses delivery:
The delivery of the product was refused by
the customer.
