Registering at KAISER+KRAFT is quite simple. Please click on "New registration" in the navigation, on the left. You are asked to enter your user name and your password in the form. Select a user name and a password that you won't forget. You must repeat the selected password on registering for security reasons. In the second step you are asked to enter your personal data. Fill out all fields with an *. You can determine whether the specified address is also to be billing address and delivery address. If not, buttons guide you to different forms where you can save the billing address and the delivery address. They are automatically inserted in your address book where you can manage them. After registering successfully, your user name is displayed on the left, above the service range for registered users. Should your user name have more than 8 characters, then only the first 8 characters are displayed. Please make sure that your user name and your password have at least 4 and not more than 20 characters. You may not use any blanks or special characters except "@", ".", "-" and "_".
You also have the option of registering during the order process. You can create a user name and a password before sending your order. The previously entered data is then automatically applied in your profile. |

You can for example check the status of your current online order at any time or have all orders of the previous year displayed.
