| If you select access via the search window in the left-hand navigation, you have the following search options: You can either enter text in the search field, e.g. the product name, or use the order number for your search. Both options result in the clear display of the search results, with a small picture and a product description. Or make use of our picture overview. |

| The hierarchy in the online shop contains the products as classified in the print catalogue. The items are assigned to the five product ranges: transport, storage, environment, workshop and office. The structure of the hierarchy is like a tree structure: each mouse click takes you down a level. This gives you a good overview of our products. You can click on every level in the path of this tree structure. The "Assortment" tab provides you with a comprehensive overview of all items! |

| The A-Z index is the alphabetical assignment of the products. For example, you can find all trolley offers under the T tab. The A-Z index is particularly suitable for the simple search for particular items. You can have an overview of pictures displayed for the selected products for a quick overview. |

| Make use of our Express Buy function if you already have the order number. Enter the order number in the search field and place the selected product into the shopping basket with a simple click. Online shopping can't be faster than that. |

Office range photo search |

| This special service is available for all office ranges. In the first step you can see an overview of all available office ranges. If you desire a particular office range, then click on the picture to increase it in size. You can click on the individual elements in the photograph. Detailed product information is then displayed and you can order the product directly. The illustrated finish is displayed above the picture. If other finishes are available, you will find a link under the illustration. |

Search in the product ranges |

| You have the option of searching directly in the product ranges to obtain specific search results. This limits the search results to the relevant range. |

| The search results show you the number of matches found and a small picture, a brief description, a price and the order number. You can either place the item in your shopping basket or click on the description to have more product information displayed. You can further limit the search results be entering a maximum price or by means of a special search within the relevant product range. |
