Belt
Polyester belt with smooth polyurethane coating, without cleats for transporting across level routes. Heat resistant up to 90 °C, resistant to oil and grease. Optional lateral guides for the secure transport of goods.
Rollers and drive
Drive and guide rollers are convex to guide the belt exactly. Maintenance free self-aligning ball bearings. Three-phase geared motor "Made in Germany": 400 V / 50 Hz, IP 54. Attached at the end of the belt on the left side in the direction of motion.
Conveyor speed 0.2 m/s.
Motor protrudes 150 mm over the side. Motor mounted on left as standard.
Overall max. load 250 kg. Support spacing max. 3 m. Frame and frame supports.
Frame: anodised aluminium profile 120 x 40 mm, particularly suitable for attaching a variety of different accessories thanks to the lateral slot.
Height adjustable frame supports. Belt slides on coated chipboard.
Motor mounted on right.
