Payment options

Your right of return

Shopping at KAISER+KRAFT is always without risk - you have a 30-day right of return. If you do not want to keep an item that was delivered, inform us on the telephone within 30 days of the day of delivery. We will then initiate the return delivery and cancel the bill with an appropriate credit note.
You will understand that we can only accept returned goods if we receive the product in due time in its original packaging and without any signs of use. You will be charged the costs of the return delivery. The transport risk is also yours.
This right of return does not apply to special procurements that were not part of the catalogue range, nor to order-related production or for goods for which special prices applied (e.g. quantity discount).

Complaints

Please check the goods on delivery for damage, as regulated by law. Obvious faults must be reported to us in writing within a week of receiving the goods, hidden faults within a week of discovery.
In the event of transport damage, proceed according to our instructions that are either enclosed in the form of a leaflet or that you have to ask us for. If you still have any questions concerning your complaint, please contact our Service Team.
