Advantages of registration
You only need to enter your personal data once if you have
registered. This information is then saved and can be
automatically retrieved for future orders. As a registered
customer, you can take advantage of the extensive range of
services from KAISER+KRAFT.
For example, you can check the status of your current online
order at any time or have all orders from the previous year
displayed.
You can store frequently ordered items in special order
templates. This means that to order, you only need to open the
corresponding order template and need not search anew every
time for each individual item.
Managing several delivery and billing addresses is quite
simple with your address book. If required, you can change your
password on your own.
HOW and WHERE can I register?
Registering at KAISER+KRAFT is quite simple. Click on
"Initial registration" which is located in the "My account"
area on the right. You will be asked to enter a user name and a
password in the form. Select a user name and a password that
you won't easily forget. For security reasons, you must
re-enter the selected password during initial registration.
Next you will be asked to enter your personal data. Fill out
all fields which are marked with an *. You can specify whether
the address you entered is also to be used as the billing and
delivery address. If you have alternate billing and delivery
addresses, you can add them to your personal address book (in
the "My account" area) at any time once you are registered.
After successful registration, your user name is displayed on
the right by "My account" above the service range for
registered users. Please make sure that your user name and your
password have at least 6 and not more than 20 characters. You
may not use any blanks or special characters except "@", ".",
"-" and "_".
