Der Bügel dient zur Absperrung des Parkplatzes nach Betriebsschluss. Die Plastikgelenke ist das Schwachteil des Bügels.Beim Überfahren durch PkW sind die Plastikgelenke kurzfristig verdrückt und kaum mehr zu bewegen. Die früheren Bügel waren kompl.aus Metall und haben 15 fache Lebensdauer.
