What is package tracking?

We use different logistics services for our deliveries. If the products you have ordered are shipped via a selected logistics company, such as UPS® for example, you can see the current status of the respective delivery. After logging in, go to "View orders" and look for the respective order under "Package tracking" in the detail area. If the "Package tracking" field is blank, then package tracking is not offered by the respective parcel service.

Status "Received”
Your delivery data will be received by the parcel service and recorded for further processing.
Status "Delivery documents taken over"
The parcel service has picked up your package.
Status "In transit"
The delivery is on its way to you, or to the specified delivery address.
Status "Delayed"
Your delivery has been delayed. There can be different reasons for this. However, the logistics service will ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible.
