Knuffi® corner guard, Removable – reusable protection profile for temporary hazard areas
The Knuffi® corner guard, Removable combines effective impact protection with a flexible fastening. Thanks to a special adhesive strip, the protection profile can be removed without leaving residue and reused multiple times. This makes it particularly suitable for danger areas that need to be secured in the short or medium term.
Edges, protrusions and obstacles can quickly become sources of accidents or damage in operational areas. The coloured marking according to ASR A1.3 makes such areas clearly visible. At the same time, the flexible edge protection absorbs hard impacts and helps to reduce impact injuries and collision damage to company equipment, machinery or vehicles.
When used correctly in accordance with the instructions for use, the reusable adhesive strip allows up to five new applications. No disruptive adhesive residue is left behind after removal. As a result, the protection profile can be relocated as required and used where temporary additional protection is needed.
The range of applications extends from internal transport routes, machinery and vehicles to walls, passageways and doors. The edge protection is suitable for indoor and outdoor use and can be individually cut to the required length.
A special manufacturing process makes the profile highly flexible and protects the coloured warning marking from abrasion. This supports a long service life and permanently good visibility. In addition, the protection profile is fire-tested in accordance with DIN EN 13501-1, class E-d2. It is suitable for absorbing hard impacts and for the temporary marking of dangerous areas in production, warehouses, logistics and other commercial areas.
