Tilting skips and silo containers make work in large production halls, on construction sites or in warehouses must easier. Storage containers and pallets are required in virtually every company, and in particular in the manufacturing industry. Bulk materials, bulk parts, waste and other materials need to be moved and stored. Important for this are short paths and straightforward processes. Tilting skips and silo containers have been specially designed for these activities, and allow the work to be structured more rationally. Depending on the area of use, the container size and equipment will vary. In most cases, tilting skips and silo containers are equipped with forklift pockets and can be transported using a stacker without problems. This is often an essential basic requirement due to the large quantities and hefty weight of the goods needing to be moved. Also practical is the use of stacking containers, allowing space saving storage and keeping surface area free for other things. Along with these fundamental qualities, a range of professionally constructed silo containers and tilting skips are used for different tasks. Container trucks with solid rubber castors are used for the transport and storage of small quantities of bulk materials or waste. They allow transport by hand, however are also equipped with pockets making them suitable for transport using stackers. These tilting skips separate liquids from solids by means of optional sieve inserts. Larger tilting skips manage without tyres. They are transported by forklifts only, and cable pull systems operated directly from the driver's seat are used to empty them. Roller systems are used to prevent impact damage when doing so, while cross beam systems allow full rotation and therefore complete emptying. Slim, or extremely flat, designs means that there are tilting skips and silo containers suitable for use everywhere in accordance with your requirements. The hinged bottom skips are another attachment available for stackers. As the name suggests, these skips are emptied through the hinged flaps in the bottom.
When it comes to tilting skips and silo containers in particular, it is very important to ensure you are using high quality products. The storage containers are exposed to heavy loads during everyday use. High quality materials and precise workmanship therefore guarantee a long container lifespan.
