The cardboard perforator ProfiPack P425 converts used corrugated cardboard boxes directly at the workplace into versatile padding and filling material. This makes the device ideal for companies with a high volume of shipments that want to efficiently reuse existing cardboard and optimise packaging processes.

The cardboard is perforated in a single step and simultaneously processed into flexible packaging material. The resulting padding material is ideally suited for filling voids, securing products or for protecting sensitive goods during shipping. This allows additional packaging materials to be reduced and existing cardboard to be reused in a meaningful way.

The ProfiPack P425 impresses with its robust construction and is suitable for continuous professional use in shipping, warehousing and logistics. The compact footprint allows for flexible integration at the packing station, while the simple operation supports fast and efficient workflows. Filling height up to 3 layers.
