Automatic barrier reel for flexible barriers
With its automatically rewindable barrier chain with a length of 20 metres, the automatic barrier reel enables quick and flexible area marking. It is particularly suitable for areas that need to be temporarily secured, marked or closed to access depending on the work situation.
The sturdy housing made of cast aluminium is designed for regular use in commercial and industrial environments. A zinc plated, swivelling guide bracket supports the flexible guidance of the chain and facilitates adaptation to spatial conditions. Thanks to the multiple locking positions per revolution, the barrier chain can be locked in various positions. In this way, the length of the barrier can be precisely adapted to the respective requirement.
A red and white plastic link chain and a stopper are included in the scope of delivery. The high-contrast colouring ensures clear visibility and makes closed-off zones recognisable at an early stage. The maximum drawer length is 20 metres, and use up to 19.7 metres is recommended. If the barrier is no longer required, the chain can be stored compactly in the reel. This avoids loose chains lying around.
Depending on the location of use and space conditions, the barrier reel can be mounted on the wall, floor or ceiling. With dimensions of 380 x 375 x 155 mm and a weight of approx. 9 kg, it offers a solid basis for recurring barrier tasks. Typical areas of application are warehouse and production areas, access roads, passageways, loading docks as well as temporarily closed maintenance and danger zones.
