Master Mould 100 ultrasonic cleaner – Bio-Circle in plastic canister

Master Mould 100 is an aqueous ultrasonic cleaner which was specially developed for the plastic injection moulding industry to clean mould inserts effectively. The product effectively removes plastic outgassing, plastic residues, greases, anti-corrosion agents and flash rust.

A special feature of Master Mould 100 is its anti-blackening agent which prevents some steels from darkening during cleaning. The product is suitable for a wide range of materials such as steels, stainless steels, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.

Master Mould 100 is a VOC-free product and can be used in existing cleaning systems with oil separators, as it demulsifies entrained oil. Cleaning in recirculating systems such as the hot-water parts washer, Bio-Circle Turbo and HP is not possible, as the cleaner foams.

It is an environmentally friendly and effective cleaning solution for mould inserts in the plastic injection moulding industry.

Application:
Add 20 – 50% of the cleaner to the ultrasonic bath and dilute with water.
