First-aid station STANDARD No. 1 – fast treatment at a central location
The first-aid station STANDARD No. 1 combines dressing materials, plasters and eye wash in a clearly arranged unit. It thus supports rapid first aid and increases operational safety directly at the workplace.
The equipment includes a first-aid kit with contents in accordance with DIN 13157. It provides important dressing materials for treating typical injuries in everyday work. The compact arrangement facilitates access and creates clear structures. Like a well-organised first-aid cabinet, the station ensures that required materials are available without any unnecessary searching.
A QuickFix plaster dispenser complements the first-aid equipment. It contains 45 textile and 45 waterproof plaster strips. This means the right plaster is available for different working conditions and minor injuries. Direct removal speeds up treatment and supports orderly procedures in a first-aid emergency.
For eye injuries, the station includes 2 eye wash bottles, each with 500 ml of sodium chloride solution at a concentration of 0.9 %. The bottles enable rapid rinsing of the eyes if foreign bodies or contaminants need to be removed. Unopened, they have a shelf life of three years.
The first-aid station can be mounted at almost any workplace. Due to the fixed positioning, the kit, plaster dispenser and eye wash remain centrally accessible. This makes it easier for employees to find their way around and improves operational safety, as several important aids are available at a clearly defined location.
The equipment is suitable for workshops, warehouses, production areas, laboratories and other commercial workplaces. There, it serves for initial treatment in the event of minor accidents, cuts and grazes as well as eye injuries caused by dust, dirt or other foreign bodies.
