Product description
- Can be flexibly adapted to numerous beam widths
- Controlled pulling and moving of loads
- Easy installation on the open beam
- Smooth running on different beam profiles
- Anti-climb stop on both sides for increased operational safety
- Anti-drop protection and wheel breakage support
The geared trolley combines smooth running with an adjustment range that can be flexibly adapted to different beams.
By changing the spacer washers, the trolley can be adjusted to numerous beam widths. This facilitates use at different workstations and reduces the need for multiple trolleys. Installation is straightforward by sliding it onto the open beam. The hand chain then enables controlled pulling and moving of suspended loads along the beam track.
For the required operational safety, the geared trolley is equipped with an anti-climb stop on both sides. This counteracts the rollers climbing up onto the beam. Angled side plates additionally serve as anti-drop protection. A standard integrated wheel breakage support increases safety if a roller is damaged. The high-quality construction is designed for recurring daily operational tasks and ensures smooth, safe running on different beam profiles.
The trolley is suitable for workshops, production areas, warehouses and assembly workstations. There, it supports the precise positioning of heavy loads and facilitates in-house transport and lifting operations in confined spaces.
