Aluminium loading rails – lightweight loading ramp with high load capacity
The aluminium loading rails combine a low dead weight with a high load capacity and thereby facilitate safe loading operations. The robust pair of rails supports up to 500 kg and is suitable as a loading ramp for numerous light to medium-duty devices and means of transport.
The loading rails are manufactured from high-quality extruded profiles. This construction ensures high stability and durability without making handling difficult through unnecessary weight. The balanced ratio between dead weight and max. load supports regular use in operations, workshops, warehouses and logistics.
A profiled driving surface improves grip when driving on and reduces the risk of slipping. This allows bicycles, roll containers, high pressure cleaners, transport trolleys or wheelchairs to be moved over the loading ramp in a controlled manner. The channel width of 150 mm provides a clearly defined track for the wheels.
At the support, the loading rails feature a stop bracket. This supports secure positioning during loading and ensures that the rails rest reliably in the intended position.
