Product description
- Lightweight and handy, for 3 + 4.75 + 6 mm brake lines
- For 3 dimensions without replacing bending segments
- Two-handed bending up to 90° for copper, aluminium, brass and mild steel pipes
- Enables use directly on the vehicle
- Minimum dimension and bending radius on the bending mould
- Special tool steel
The mini brake line bending tool enables dimensionally accurate bends up to 90° in three line dimensions without the need to replace bending segments. Thanks to its compact, lightweight design, it can be used directly on the vehicle and facilitates work in confined spaces.
The two-handed bender is suitable for brake lines with 3.00, 4.75 and 6.00 mm diameters. Copper, aluminium, brass and mild steel tubes can be brought into the required shape in a controlled manner using the hand tool. The uniform two-handed bending supports precise power transmission and facilitates the exact alignment of the line. Specifications on deduction and bending radius are located directly on the bending form. This ensures that important values are clearly visible and available during the working process. This reduces measuring effort and supports reproducible results. Since all three dimensions can be processed with the same bending tool, time-consuming tool and segment changes are eliminated. The robust special tool steel is tailored to the requirements of regular bending work.
The mini brake line bending tool is particularly suitable for automotive workshops, maintenance companies and vehicle service enterprises. It assists with the adaptation, replacement and routing of brake lines. Direct use on the vehicle can reduce unnecessary dismantling work and facilitates precise corrections in hard-to-reach areas. The handy format also enables space-saving storage in the tool trolley or assembly case.
