The KS Tools all-steel screw clamp combines a high clamping force of 6700 N with a sturdy all-steel construction. This makes the clamping tool particularly suitable for demanding work in structural steel and vehicle construction.
The double-T profile rail features back serrations that reliably hold the sliding arm in the desired position. Together with the very robust spindle, this design enables powerful and controlled clamping of different workpieces. A movable pressure plate adapts to the respective contact surface and supports targeted transmission of the clamping force.
With a maximum clamping width of 300 mm and a throat depth of up to 140 mm, the screw clamp provides sufficient leeway for a wide variety of components. This allows workpieces to be held together securely during assembly, repair or machining work. The wooden handle allows controlled operation of the spindle and facilitates precise adjustment of the required contact pressure. The fixed and sliding arms are forged and designed for heavy loads. The profile rail is made of steel, while the zinc plated surface protects the construction against external influences. At the same time, the solid model ensures high stability during recurring clamping work.
