Product description
- Gentle clamping of high-quality finished workpieces
- Fibre pad to protect against pressure marks and scratches
- Powerful neodymium magnetic strips for quick mounting
- Firm, yet material-protecting grip
- Corrosion-resistant aluminium
- Suitable for all vices and machine vices
The magnetic vice jaws combine a firm hold with gentle protection for high-quality finished workpieces. A fibre pad reduces the risk of pressure marks and scratches on sensitive surfaces.
The protective jaws are made of hardened aluminium 6063 in the model T66F25. Magnesium and silicon serve as alloying elements. The material offers high corrosion protection and first-class surface quality. This makes the vice jaws suitable for recurring clamping tasks under demanding operational conditions. The fibre pad creates a firm, yet material-protecting grip. Workpieces can be clamped reliably without the hard standard jaws of the vice resting directly on the surface. This facilitates the precise machining of components where visible clamping marks or surface damage are to be avoided.
Extremely powerful neodymium magnetic strips hold the magnetic vice jaws securely on the vice. They enable quick mounting and uncomplicated replacement without additional tools. The protective jaws fit all vices and machine vices. They are particularly suitable for workshops, trade businesses, manufacturing areas and maintenance departments that safely process high-quality finished or sensitive workpieces.
