Product description
- For irregularly profiled parts, thin-walled pipes or sensitive parts
- Firm and at the same time gentle grip
- Rubber pad to protect against scratches and pressure marks
- Hardened aluminium with high corrosion resistance
- Powerful neodymium magnetic strips for quick mounting
- Suitable for all vices and machine vices
The magnetic vice jaws enable a firm and at the same time gentle hold on sensitive or irregularly shaped workpieces. Their rubber pad reliably protects the clamped surfaces against pressure marks and damage.
The protective jaws are made of hardened aluminium 6063 in the T66F25 model. Magnesium and silicon serve as alloying elements and support high corrosion resistance as well as a high-quality surface finish. As a result, the vice jaws combine a sturdy model with the necessary protection for sensitive workpieces. The rubber pad adapts to different contours. In this way, thin-walled pipes, profiled components and sensitive materials can be securely clamped without placing unnecessary strain on them. Extremely strong neodymium magnetic strips hold the magnetic vice jaws reliably on the vice. This facilitates assembly and enables quick changes for different clamping tasks. The protective jaws fit all standard vices and machine vices.
This makes the magnetic vice jaws suitable for workshops, manufacturing plants, assembly areas and maintenance departments. They solve typical problems when clamping sensitive components and support precise work where conventional steel jaws could cause scratches, deformations or pressure marks.
