Product description
- For clamping roughly or medium-coarsely processed workpieces
- Firm and gentle grip
- Protection of sensitive workpieces from scratches and pressure marks
- Powerful neodymium magnetic strips for secure attachment
- High corrosion protection and high surface quality
- Suitable for vices and machine vices
The magnetic vice jaws provide a firm hold and reliably protect sensitive workpieces from damage. They are suitable for clamping roughly or medium-coarsely processed workpieces. Powerful neodymium magnetic strips ensure quick and secure attachment to the vice.
The protective jaws are made of hardened aluminium 6063, T66F25. Magnesium and silicon serve as alloying components. The material combines high surface quality with high corrosion protection. This makes the aluminium jaws suitable for demanding clamping tasks in workshops, production, and maintenance.
Clamping provides a firm, yet gentle grip. This reduces pressure marks, scratches, and other damage to the workpiece. Particularly with roughly or medium-coarsely machined components, the soft jaws support controlled and secure fixing. The workpieces can be reliably worked on without coming into direct contact with the hard clamping surfaces of the vice.
Thanks to the strong magnetic strips, the protective jaws can be quickly attached, aligned, and removed again. No additional tools are required. The pair fits all standard vices and machine vices. It is suitable for trade businesses, workshops, production areas, as well as maintenance and repair work.
