Product description
- With adjusting screw and pipe clamps
- Forged rear and front jaws
- With fastening screws for round plate
- Vice opens at the front
- Polished jaws, anvil plate and slide corner
- Special tool steel
The parallel vice without turntable allows large clamping depths thanks to extra-high clamping jaws and reliably holds even demanding workpieces.
The clamping tool is made of special tool steel and features forged front and rear jaws. This robust construction supports secure force transmission during clamping. The durable prismatic guide ensures precise movement of the jaws. The guide can be readjusted via the adjusting screw if required. A double-start trapezoidal spindle ensures that the vice can be opened and closed quickly. This makes frequent workpiece changes more efficient.
Clamping jaws and anvil plate are induction-hardened and therefore resistant to high mechanical loads. Ground jaws, anvil plate and slide track support precise work. The integrated pipe clamping jaw makes it easier to securely clamp round workpieces. As the parallel vice opens forward, the work area remains easily accessible. Fastening screws for a turntable are already included and allow for later retrofitting.
The clamping tool is suitable for locksmith shops, metal construction companies, workshops and maintenance departments. It solves typical clamping tasks with deep, round or complexly shaped workpieces and reduces the time required for repeated workpiece changes.
