Product description
- Suitable for hydraulic and pneumatic pipes
- V-shaped support for a secure hold of round workpieces
- Clamping range from 10 to 60 mm for different pipe sizes
- Hinged model for a quick workpiece change
- Special tool steel for high stability and load capacity
The pipe vice from KS Tools enables the secure clamping of pipes with a diameter of 10 to 60 mm. Its V-shaped support reliably stabilises round workpieces, thereby facilitating precise processing steps.
The hinged design enables quick insertion and removal of the pipes. This saves time during repetitive work and simplifies switching between different workpieces. Thanks to the V-shape of the support, hydraulic and pneumatic pipes are securely accommodated. In this way, unwanted slipping and twisted workpieces can be reduced during processing. The pipe vice is suitable, among other things, for sawing, thread cutting, deburring and assembling pipelines.
Manufacture from special tool steel ensures high stability and load capacity. With its compact dimensions of 196 x 224 x 98 mm, the vice requires very little space at the workstation. It is suitable for workshops, maintenance departments, assembly areas as well as companies in plant engineering, mechanical engineering and pipeline construction. Particularly when working on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, the clamping device facilitates the controlled processing of different pipe sizes.
