Product description
- Suitable for the secure clamping of round workpieces
- Unbreakable, fully forged-steel construction of high quality
- Double trapezoidal thread for fast and powerful clamping
- Adjustable guide for permanently precise clamping
- Covered mechanism for protection against swarf and foreign particles
- Milled, induction-hardened pipe clamping jaws
The parallel vice combines a guaranteed unbreakable, forged-steel construction with precise clamping technology. Even under heavy use, workpieces remain securely and reliably clamped.
The fully forged-steel vice has a hardened surface and withstands intense everyday working demands. The double trapezoidal thread enables fast, powerful clamping and shortens recurring set-up procedures. The adjustable guide supports precise alignment and reliably compensates for any play that develops. A cover protects the mechanism from metal swarf, dirt and other foreign particles. As a result, the movement of the parallel vice remains precise and trouble-free. Two integrally forged, milled and induction-hardened pipe clamping jaws facilitate the secure clamping of round workpieces. The forged-steel rear jaw with a surface hardness of 54 to 58 HRC is also suitable for demanding straightening and upsetting work.
The parallel vice is suitable for workshops, production areas and metalworking shops. The robust clamping tool reduces slipping, inaccurate work results and lost time during clamping. It supports metalworkers, mechanics and maintenance teams during assembly, machining and repair work.
