Moisture analyser – precise moisture measurement with high stability
The moisture analyser enables precise moisture measurement with a high-quality single-cell weighing system. The stable and responsive balance is particularly suitable for samples with low moisture content and supports reliable measurement processes in professional use.
The powerful 400 W halogen quartz glass heater ensures controlled drying. Thanks to halogen technology, the temperature can be precisely controlled. This makes the measuring instrument also suitable for temperature-sensitive samples. The backlit graphic display with 15 mm high digits enables comfortable reading. The last measured value remains visible until a new measurement is taken. The display shows the drying programme, elapsed drying time, current temperature, unit of the result display, current moisture content in %, drying mode/drying status.
The moisture analyser offers an internal memory for recurring analyses. This manages the automatic sequence of 10 drying programmes as well as the results of 100 drying processes. Up to 99 samples can be distinguished via a freely programmable, two-digit designation. This identification is output directly in the measurement report. The balance displays the date and time as standard.
A vision panel allows observation of the sample and particularly facilitates the initial setting of the measuring instrument. In this way, drying processes can be adapted to the respective sample in a controlled manner. 50 sample pans are already included in the scope of delivery. In addition, the operating instructions contain a practical application manual with numerous application examples for reliable moisture determination.
