PE sump tray for 2 x 200 l drums – robust plastic sump tray for hazardous substances
The PE sump tray for 2 x 200 l drums enables the compliant indoor storage of aggressive and water-polluting liquids. The robust plastic sump tray made of chemical- and UV-resistant polyethylene (MDPE) provides space for two 200-litre drums and combines high resistance with practical handling.
The durable MDPE is resistant to numerous aggressive media, making it suitable for demanding storage conditions. The sump tray features a PE grating on which the drums stand safely above the collection area. Any escaping liquids can be reliably collected beneath it. In this way, the design supports clean and safe hazardous substance storage.
For internal transport, the plastic sump tray can be accessed from 2 sides with a forklift truck and pallet truck. The fork pockets are located on the long side, are each 220 mm wide and have a distance of 170 mm between them. This allows the tray to be picked up comfortably and relocated within the facility when required.
When not in use, multiple sump trays can be stacked to save space. This reduces the required storage space and facilitates stocking several units.
The plastic sump tray has general building authority approval from the DIBt, Berlin (Z-40.22-380). It is suitable for the compliant indoor storage of aggressive and water-polluting liquids in GHS categories 1–4 and supports the safe handling of hazardous substances in industry, production and warehousing.
