  • With a platform (support cross/grate) for easy and safe placement of the tank containers

  • With national technical approval of the DIBt, Berlin (Z-40.22-564)
The PE sump tray for IBC/KTC tank containers is designed for compliant indoor storage and the controlled dispensing of water-hazardous liquids. Depending on the model, it accommodates one or two 1000 l IBC or KTC tank containers and offers a sump capacity of 1100 litres. This reliably retains escaping liquids and effectively protects work areas, floors and the environment.

The robust sump tray made of high-quality polyethylene is resistant to oils, acids, alkalis and many other aggressive chemicals. Tank containers can be placed directly on the integrated cross support or on an optional steel grate or PE perforated plate. This allows the placement area to be selected to suit the respective container, application and handling concept.

The PE cross support transfers the weight directly to the floor and enables a load capacity of up to 1500 kg per storage space. The generous placement area ensures secure positioning of the tank container. The well-thought-out design also facilitates in-plant handling. The tray can be accessed from underneath from two sides with a stacker or manual pallet truck. Transport must only take place in an empty state and without an IBC/KTC in place.

For storage and transport without a cross support, perforated plate or grate, the sump tray can be stacked to save space. The cross support is delivered partially assembled and can be easily assembled. With the general technical approval from the DIBt, Berlin, the PE sump tray meets important requirements for the safe handling of hazardous substances that endanger water.
The cross brace is supplied partly assembled – easy self-assembly.
