PE sump tray with PE grid – robust plastic sump tray for safe storage and dispensing areas
The PE sump tray with PE grid supports compliant indoor storage of water-hazardous and aggressive liquids. The robust plastic sump tray made of durable polyethylene is designed for an optional two or four 200-litre drums and also serves as a reliable dispensing station for handling corresponding media in operational environments.
The resilient polyethylene offers high resistance under demanding operating conditions. The drums stand above the collection area on the sturdy PE grid. Leaking liquids can be safely contained underneath. For easy cleaning and inspection, the grid can be removed from the plastic sump tray.
Depending on requirements, two versions are available. The model for two 200-litre drums has a sump capacity of 200 litres. For larger storage areas, a version for four 200-litre drums with a sump capacity of 410 litres is available. This allows the dispensing station to be selected to suit the respective drum inventory.
For internal transport, the plastic sump tray is accessible from two sides by stacker and pallet truck. The respective dimensions of the forklift pockets must be observed. This facilitates positioning the tray within storage and production areas.
The PE sump tray has a general technical approval and thus supports compliant hazardous substance storage. As a robust dispensing station, it is suitable for industry, production and storage areas where water-hazardous or aggressive liquids are safely provided, stored or dispensed in drums.
