The crash protection bar is made of high-quality grade steel and is very resilient and robust, as it is evenly bent and manufactured without welded seams. It has a diameter of Ø 76 mm and a wall thickness of 3 mm. With its plastic-coated surface in traffic yellow RAL 1023 and marking stripes in jet black RAL 9005, the protection barrier is intended for indoor use and ensures clear visibility there.
The mobile barrier rail is used wherever a barrier is needed but, for example, cleaning equipment needs to pass through from time to time or maintenance work needs to be carried out on the premises. This saves the time-consuming dismantling of fixed crash protection devices. It is also suitable for areas with a high risk of damage, as it can be easily replaced.
The special base plates for bolting down are included in the scope of delivery.
Easy assembly:
The solid base plates are bolted down. The separate crash protection bar is inserted, pushed backwards and secured. Additionally inserted fittings protect the openings of the base plates from dirt.
These barrier rails are the ideal solution when operational infrastructure must be reliably protected but flexibility for access is required at the same time.
