Work areas shared with industrial trucks require products that can provide protection from heavy impacts. The supportive structure of the StepGuard, which is ribbed on the inside, ensures stability of the entire the product and allows its original shape to be restored after an impact. The two layer product made of Monoplex material consists of a flexible top layer that dissipates energy, and a harder bottom layer that provides stability around the attachment points. This ensures that the StepGuard can withstand impacts, and that the energy is distributed over the entire product.

The StepGuard provides a high level of resistance and can absorb energy of up to 15,800 joules. The product is available in three sizes: 1200 mm, 900 mm and 600 mm. Installation is quick and easy, with recessed fixing points ensuring a low centre of gravity and a minimal impact on the floor. The StepGuard is hygienic, can be wiped clean, and is water resistant.
