Impact protection for pallet racking – Ampere Rack Mammut made of plastic

Rack uprights of almost all common makes. The extremely robust outer skin, made of ballistic HDPE plastic, has an impressive wall thickness of over 7 mm and is complemented on the inside by a highly flexible foam core that optimally distributes the resulting forces. This combination ensures exceptionally high impact absorption and makes Rack Armour® one of the most resilient impact protection systems on the market.
The impact protector has been tested in accordance with international and European standards, including FEM 10.2.02 and AS4084, and meets the highest safety requirements for industrial environments. With a frontal impact force of up to 2.4 tonnes, it offers reliable protection against damage that can be caused by forklift trucks or other industrial trucks. At the same time, it is elastic, resilient and permanently retains its shape – after a collision, the protector automatically returns to its original shape.
Rack Armour® also impresses with its practical handling. Installation is quick and requires no floor fixing. The optimal fit prevents it from being unintentionally dislodged when loading and unloading pallets. For sizes L and XXL, an installation tool is required, which is available separately. Thanks to its extreme temperature resistance, the impact protector is also ideal for cold storage facilities and permanently withstands temperatures down to –40 °C.
