The exercise balls with a diameter of 55 cm are ideal for individuals with a height between 135 and 155 cm.
The exercise balls with a diameter of 65 cm are ideal for individuals with a height between 156 and 180 cm.
The exercise balls with a diameter of 75 cm are ideal for individuals with a height between 181 and 201 cm.
Note: First, inflate the ball to 80% and wait 2 hours. Then inflate it again to 100% so that the cover is almost wrinkle-free.
