ALUSTAR 500 machine cleaner – Bio-Circle in plastic drum

The water-based machine cleaner ALUSTAR 500 does what classic alkaline cleaners cannot: it removes extreme oil and grease cracks, even from aluminium, brass and copper! With the power of sustainable raw materials: the high yield natural boost cleaner contains vegetable esters and natural fatty acids of vegetable origin.

ALUSTAR 500 is free of VOCs, silicate and alkaline solutions, it is pH-neutral and low in residues. Instead of alkaline solutions, coconut oil based surfactants and special cleaning additives are used. The cleaner is non hazardous once diluted with 30% water. The machine cleaner is perfect for component cleaning after deep drawing, for cleaning abrasive particles and for high levels of oil and grease cracking. With the plate phase separator, a long service life is guaranteed.
