Securol special cleaner – IBS Scherer transparent

This special cleaner, based on vegetable oil esters, was specially developed for the manual cleaning of oil and grease contamination on metal parts and industrial surfaces. It can be used flexibly in the parts washer brush method, for surface degreasing, and in immersion or wiping processes, thus offering a wide range of applications for workshops, manufacturing and maintenance.
The cleaner leaves behind a protective cleaning oil film, which provides excellent rust protection and reliably prevents metal corrosion – ideal for the intermediate storage of cleaned parts for several days. Due to its very slow and even evaporation, it is particularly gentle on materials and allows for long service lives.
Thanks to its high cleaning performance, the product effortlessly removes even stubborn, old and resinified oil and grease contamination as well as tar deposits. Another major advantage: The cold cleaner has a very high flashpoint of over 101 °C, thus offering a high degree of safety, and is not subject to the VOC directive.
The special cleaner works in an environmentally conscious and energy-efficient way, as it can be used without heating. It is dermatologically safe (dermatological report is available) and bears the ''Low-Emission Product'' quality seal from BG ETEM, which further confirms its health and ecological compatibility.
