The CLEAN BOX Max 1 is a cleaning platform for cleaning large, unwieldy or angular parts. It can be used to remove dirt such as special greases, oils or wax residues from surfaces by hand.
The pump is operated by means of a foot switch and a hose line is used to pump the cleaning agent from the storage tank to the flow through nozzle with a washing brush. Any dirt on the surfaces of the workpieces can be loosened by applying pressure with the brush. The cleaning agent flows back from the workpieces into the storage tank, from where it re-enters the circuit.
Unheated, water-based cleaning agents with a pH value between 7 and 12 are used.
The CLEAN BOX Max 1 helps to protect the environment due to its recirculation system, as the cleaning agent is used several times.
Minimum filling quantity: 200 l.
Maximum filling quantity: 300 l.
Operating temperature: room temperature.
Mains connection: 230 V / 1.3 A.
