USI ultrasonic cleaner – IBS Scherer stainless steel

The USI ultrasonic cleaning device enables fast, thorough and particularly simple cleaning of a wide variety of tools, components and small parts. The parts to be cleaned are simply placed in the supplied basket, the cleaning concentrate is added to the bath fluid and the device is switched on – the fully automatic cleaning process starts straight away and, depending on the degree of soiling, usually only takes a few minutes. For optimal cleaning results, the proven IBS special cleaners are recommended: WAS 10.500 for oil and grease contamination, and WAS 20.100 for combustion residues, coking and pigments. The USI devices are ideal for screws, nuts, fasteners, tools, as well as sensitive electronic and small parts. Thanks to its robust stainless steel construction, simple operation and easy maintenance, the ultrasonic device offers reliable cleaning results in daily use.

A basket and lid are already included.

Depending on requirements, the USI is available in four practical sizes with a bath capacity of 20 l, 45 l, 90 l or 270 l, thus offering the right solution for workshops, maintenance, production and service areas.
