Permanently installed eye showers are the best solution for many applications in laboratories, warehouses, and industry. These showers are always clearly visible from all sides. The large PUSH lever is long-lasting luminous and therefore easy to find even in the dark and with visibility problems. Eye showers with collection basins catch the used water and drain it away.

The eye shower is equipped with two B-SAFETY high-performance spray heads, which not only meet the requirements of DIN EN 15154-2:2006 and ANSI Z358.1-2014, but also ensure a wide-area water distribution. This also supplies the areas around the eyes, and the positioning of the eyes in the water jet is unproblematic. The limited, even, and above all soft water jet is optimised for rinsing chemicals from the eye.

The correct jet height and a standard-compliant spray pattern are achieved by the integrated flow regulator independently of the prevailing water pressure. The rubber sleeves around the spray head protect the person seeking help from impact injuries. Dust caps on the spray head protect against contamination and open automatically due to water pressure when the eye shower is activated. The large bores in the spray heads prevent standing water and thus calcification.

– ball cock 1/2-inch made of stainless steel, with PUSH lever operation, control plate made of stainless steel, polished, length 130 mm, with large PUSH signal, long-lasting luminous according to DIN 67510
– Connection pipe made of stainless steel for easy installation and alignment of the shower, polished, water connection 3/4-inch external thread
– Integrated automatic flow regulator 14 litres/minute for a standard-compliant spray pattern at a specified operating range of 1.5 to 5 bar flow pressure
– Information sign for eye shower according to DIN EN ISO 7010 and ASR A1.3, self-adhesive PVC film, dimensions 100 x 100 mm, recognition distance 10 metres
– According to WGI/GUV-I 850-0, DIN 1988 and DIN EN 1717 and ANSI Z358.1-2014 and DIN EN 15154-2:2006. DIN-DVGW tested and approved.
