AERO-90° vacuum lifter max. load 250 kg

The vacuum lifter AERO-90° enables jerk-free pivoting from 0° to 90° by an electric linear drive. Heavy sheet materials such as metal sheets or plastic are thus moved safely, precisely and gently.

The robust steel welded construction of the frame and crossbeams ensures maximum process reliability. High-quality full elastomer seals reliably protect the transported goods from damage and provide durable. Individually lockable suction plates with manual slide valves significantly reduce set-up times, even with changing workpiece dimensions. A generously dimensioned vacuum reservoir with a warning device offers high safety for the operator and the work processes. The integrated motor protection switch reliably protects the vacuum generator from winding damage and prevents downtime.

Thanks to the modular basic system, the vacuum lifter is flexibly expandable through additional options. The energy-efficient vacuum generator has low operating costs. The intelligent suction plate concept also enables the quick, almost tool-free replacement of suction seals within a few seconds. Optionally, a pump control module is available, which can perfectly regulate the activity of the vacuum generator.
