Counting system for counting minute parts in large quantities, counting resolution up to 999,999 points.
This high precision KERN CCS counting system allows a large range of individual counting scales to be replaced.
Reference scale
These professional counting scales, suitable for individual use, use a heavy duty weighing bridge to satisfy the highest requirements of precision, weighing range and volume of items.
Overall dimensions WxDxH 320 x 350 x 125 mm.
Can be programmed using a keypad
Required number of reference items, known reference weight.
Memory (PLU) for 100 items with additional text.
Fill-to-target function
Target weight can be programmed. Reaching the target value is indicated by an acoustic and optical signal.
Precise counting
The automatic reference optimisation incrementally improves the average value of the part weight.
Bulk counter
The bulk item counting is performed with high levels of precision on the weighing platform (= weighing bridge).
Stainless steel platform, painted steel base, aluminium single-point load cell, dust and splash water protection IP65.
