The electrically height-adjustable assembly trolley combines a transport function and a flexible work surface in one mobile workstation. As a stable table trolley, it enables ergonomic working directly at the point of use and supports efficient workflows in production, assembly and the workshop.

The electrically height-adjustable assembly trolley facilitates the precise adjustment of the working height at the push of a button. The electrical and infinite height adjustment allows an adjustment of 300 mm, even under load and without effort. This supports a back-friendly way of working and the work surface can be quickly adjusted to different activities and body sizes. The robust steel construction with high-quality powder coating ensures stability in daily use. A work surface made of a coated MDF board offers a durable and easy-to-clean surface. The total load capacity is 400 kg; the upper shelf has a load capacity of up to 200 kg.

Locking brakes hold the transport trolley reliably in place. An integrated interchangeable battery system enables uninterrupted operation and supports flexible workflows in the workplace. One battery charge lasts for up to 40 cycles at full load. An integrated cable compartment allows for the secure storage of the mains cable. Perforated panels on the sides allow for individual customisation, for example for attaching tools or accessories.

The e-assembly trolley is available in four different versions. Depending on the model, additional storage space is available in the form of drawers, a cabinet or a lower shelf. All versions are suitable for assembly workstations, internal transport, as well as flexible workstations in the workshop, production and logistics. The height-adjustable table trolley supports structured work processes and facilitates ergonomic working with changing tasks.
