Do you have any questions about this product?Product description
- Flexible welding workstation for workshops and manufacturing operations
- Robust full steel construction and fully bolted model
- Hole pattern Ø 28 mm
- Line grid 100 x 100 mm for visual alignment of components
- Levelling feet for compensating for uneven flooring
The welding table impresses with its particularly robust full-steel construction and offers a secure, stable work surface for demanding welding tasks. Thanks to the ability to reliably fix workpieces and attach various clamping devices, the welding workstation creates optimal conditions for precise and clean work during welding. Depending on the model variant, the welding table has four to six sturdy legs. The fully bolted model ensures maximum stability and durability – for daily use in workshops, manufacturing plants, and training facilities.
With a precisely crafted hole pattern of 28 mm diameter and a clearly structured grid pattern of 100 x 100 mm, the metal work table offers optimal conditions for the exact positioning and alignment of components. Uneven floors are no problem thanks to the integrated levelling feet. They allow for easy and precise alignment of the table at the place of use. The system perforation of the worktop allows for the flexible use of various clamping elements, stops, fixing aids, and superstructures. The hole pattern can also be used for attaching interchangeable clamping devices, assembly aids, processing equipment, or safety technology.
The welding table SST features a dual-built tabletop with an ST52 work surface. An 8 mm thick top and bottom plate respectively form the 16 mm tabletop thickness in the standard variant (on request: tabletop thicknesses of 25 mm or 35 mm – through a spacer frame and spacer sleeves for the use of ball lock pins from other systems). The plate substructure is integrated and features 8 – 10 mm longitudinal and transverse beams for the dissipation of surface loads.
