Series 8000 workbench – model 8000

Width x depth x height 1250 x 700 x 840 mm. Worktop with melamine resin coating, thickness 40 mm, top and bottom with a light grey melamine resin direct coating in accordance with DIN 68765. Splashproof and dirt-resistant, surface properties in accordance with EN 14322/EN 14323:
Abrasion resistance class 3A, scratch resistance >1.5 N, stain resistance grade ≥ 3 (e.g. acetone, alcohol, organic solvents, petroleum ether), susceptibility to cracking grade ≥ 3, reaction to cigarette burns grade 3, reaction to water vapour grade 4. Certificate of non-objection covering reasonable migration, therefore also making it suitable for use in the food sector. Coating with normally flammability (B2) in accordance with DIN 4102. Panel core made of moulded chipboard in accordance with EN 309/EN 312 (emission class E1).

Light grey on all sides, antistatic ABS edge.
4 foot welded frame with two pairs of frame feet made of tubular steel profile (45 x 45 x 2 mm) incl. cross struts (top and bottom). Frame feet at bottom with end element incl. non-slip stud for a stable footing.
Cross struts of C-profile (40 x 40 x 2 mm) at the top underneath the worktop (front and rear) and shelf at the bottom (depth 650 mm, flush with bottom of system frame at rear, shelf height 620 mm).
Provision has been made on the frame feet for the adding/retrofitting a height adjustment mechanism and/or a set of castors. Powder coating. Max. distributed load 1250 kg.
