Product description
  • Protects tools, metals, fixtures and nozzles from weld spatter
  • Effective wet and dry
  • Safe application, as no VOCs, non-hazardous, no silicone
  • Temporary corrosion protection
  • Ready to use and odourless
E-WELD 4 is an aqueous welding protection spray based on renewable raw materials. Natural colza oil components prevent welding spatter from adhering to surfaces such as metal, tools, fixtures or welding nozzles. This eliminates the need for labour-intensive and time consuming removal of welding spatter. Even high energy spatter does not adhere.

The separating agent with temporary corrosion protection is the solution for difficult applications. It can also be used on upright surfaces. Stainless steel and other materials can be welded effortlessly. It can also be used for laser cutting or as protection for straightening tables. If there is excessive release lotion, a non-porous weld seam is ensured by the Moses effect.

Subsequent processes are not impaired, as the spray is free of solvents, mineral oil and silicone. Painting and zinc plating are possible without any problems. There are no unpleasant odours or smoke formation to bother the user during welding.

Application
E-WELD 4 is ready-to-use, simply spray onto the surface concerned and continue working as usual.
