LEINEN JUNIOR parallel vice full grey cast iron

The LINEN JUNIOR parallel vice combines maximum stability with permanently precise workpiece clamping. Its high-strength solid grey cast iron G25 withstands high impact loads and ensures a long service life.

The precision-machined dovetail guide enables completely backlash-free movement of the upper and lower sections. Even when the vice is opened wide, the top slide remains securely guided. The smooth-running, dust-protected spindle drive with trapezoidal thread allows precise adjustment and protects the mechanism from dirt.

Replaceable and reversible jaws expand the application options of the clamping tool. Depending on the workpiece, a knurled or ground clamping surface is available. A special jaw locking device prevents the jaws from loosening or shifting position under impact stress. Cast-in pipe clamping jaws are provided for pipes and other round workpieces. The large, face-milled anvil surface also provides a stable base for straightening and light hammering work.

The rear-opening parallel vice is suitable for metalworking workshops, toolmaking and maintenance. Its high jaw parallelism reduces inaccurate clamping and supports precise working results – even after many years of use. If required, the vice can be converted from a fixed to a swivel model.
