  • Powerful against oil carbon and pigments
Alkaline, aqueous high performance cleaning concentrate. Non-hazardous! For removing heavy soiling (e.g. coking, soot, graphite, pigments). For use in all conventional ultrasonic and flood cleaning systems. Optimal cleaning results in wipe processes as well.

Areas of use:

– Deep cleaning of parts and components from production, manufacturing, process technology, engine reconditioning and repair workshops of all kinds
– Oil filters, pistons, cylinder heads, diesel particulate filters (DPF), diesel injection pumps, injection nozzles, carburettors, radiators
– Turbochargers, wheel bearings
– Tool and mould cleaning (blind bores), plastic injection moulds
– Cutlery, precision stainless steel tubes and wire products, screws, bulk materials
– Electrical components, precision tools, machine components

Types of soiling:

– Burnt-in: heavy coking, carbon deposits, oil carbon, soot, graphite, pigments
– Incrustations, resins and waxes, lapping, polishing and abrasive residues
– Bitumen (mineral pitch)
– Metal grit / chips
– Greases, oils, coolants and lubricants, anti-corrosion oils

Other advantages:

– Effective with a high cleaning performance from 35 to 60 °C, economical, energy and cost saving
– Demulsifying and separator compatible – suitable for oil separators
– The treated components can be easily galvanised or painted after cleaning
