NEPTUN HCS1 wet sole cleaning sluice – Heute with hand sanitiser

Sole cleaning sluices with integrated hand cleaning facilities are indispensable equipment for maintaining personnel hygiene in production facilities. The NEPTUN HCS1 industrial sole cleaning system with built-in hand cleaning/hand disinfection prevents the introduction of dirt and germs, and thereby promotes compliance with the hygiene concept.

Two rotating nylon brushes clean and disinfect the soles of employees' shoes in a pass-through process, whereby the machine operating time can be adjusted to suit requirements. The robust brushes are activated by means of light barriers when the sluice is entered, which can be accessed from both sides. Non-contact hand disinfection is then activated by the two infrared sensors. The dosing quantity can be adjusted to suit both sole cleaning and hand disinfection.
