The fire resistant drum cupboard type 90 made by LaCont provides reliable protection for the safe indoor storage of flammable and oxidising substances in accordance with EN 14470-1. Type tested and with a fire resistance of over 90 minutes, it meets the highest safety requirements and protects valuable company resources.

The practical door locking system makes it easier to store and retrieve drums, ideally with a drum tipping gripper. The doors are self-closing in the event of fire. With its robust sheet steel construction and hardwearing powder coating, the cupboard guarantees a long service life and stability. Its insulation, produced in accordance with DIN 4102, provides additional fire protection. The drum cupboard can also be locked with a cylinder lock to prevent unauthorised access. A DN 80 ventilation connection in the roof ensures safe ventilation and prevents dangerous build up of vapours. An earth connection reduces the risk of static electricity and thereby increases safety when handling flammable goods. The internal height applies from the top edge of the drum sump.

The 3 mm sheet steel drum sump with an approval is built into the cupboard and safely collects any leaking liquids. With emergency door opening from inside. In the event of an accident, leaking chemicals can be removed using a chemical vacuum cleaner or absorbent agent. This hazardous goods storage cupboard is suitable for the safe storage of four 200 l drums. Includes a forklift accessible cupboard plinth with a removable panel.
