Fire safety signs – identify fire extinguishing equipment quickly

Fire safety signs provide clear and rapid orientation in the event of a fire. They mark fire extinguishers, fire alarms, wall hydrants, fire hoses, fire ladders and other equipment for fire detection and firefighting. Thanks to standardised symbols, important fire protection equipment can be found quickly and clearly identified even under time pressure.

The fire safety sign series offers different motifs for various areas of use. In addition to the sign for fire extinguishers, further markings are available depending on the model. This allows the signage to be tailored specifically to existing fire protection technology and spatial conditions. The signal red design with contrasting pictogram stands out clearly and supports rapid perception in workplaces, warehouses, workshops, production areas and public buildings.

Depending on the version, the fire safety signs are available in aluminium, plastic or film. This provides suitable solutions for different surfaces and mounting requirements. There is also a selection of sign types and formats. In addition to standard signs, flag or projecting signs, for example, can be used if the marking needs to be visible from multiple viewing directions.

Photoluminescent fire safety signs are mandatory if no safety lighting is present, as they remain recognisable even after lighting fails. With a luminance of 55 mcd, they are significantly above the minimum values of DIN 67510. The fire safety signs are designed in accordance with ASR A1.3 and ISO 7010. Depending on the version, they are self-adhesive or intended for another type of mounting. Delivery is in packs of ten items, allowing several areas to be equipped uniformly.
